Why America Is Optimistic Of A Bright Future With End Citizens United

2010 happened to bring clouds of darkness to America, paralyzing the once enviable electoral finance system. Seven years ago, the courts decided to allow rich people to support political parties to enable them to advance their agenda. To this end, American billionaires were indirectly given the green light to directly participate in the affairs of the country, taking charge of the nation’s electoral system, to date. In the seven years that the law has allowed wealthy individuals to interfere with the American electoral process, it is the ordinary citizens that have gotten to suffer, in the presence of regimes that hardly have their best interest at heart.

With the electorate feeling aggrieved, there has been no other choice other than to fight back using their grassroots PAC called End Citizens United. As an organization created by James Bopp in 2015, End Citizens United has come to calm the stormy waters that commonly characterize American politics.

Two years down the line, End Citizens United has made people realize that by taking charge of their lives, they can get back America in its totality. With the above in mind, patriotic American citizens have joined the PAC in full gear selling the agenda of the organization to both friends and family. Although End Citizens United is barely half a decade old, it has already caused a major stir in American politics, giving notice to the billionaires that they are running on borrowed time. For seven good years, billionaires have tried to tip the balance of political power in their favor, but the United States of America electorate is no longer ready to watch as their country falls into the wrong hands.

Since 2015, End Citizens United has survived from the contribution of grassroots donors, people that are already tired of being exposed to impunity. Apart from reforming the campaign finance system, End Citizens United is overly interested in bringing in more grassroots leaders to a place of authority. In recent elections, in particular, the 2016 general elections, End Citizens United used the $2 million it had raised earlier on to campaign for its grassroots candidates. The PAC was trying to eliminate the already existing and rigged political system by helping leaders of integrity clinch various legislative seats.

Several months after the 2016 general elections, End Citizens United is showing no signs of giving up. As of March 2017, the PAC has raised $4 million from its many constituent members. With all eyes set on the 2018 Congress Elections, the PAC expects to raise $35 million by the start of next year, money that will be used to finance it most preferred political candidates. With all balls rolling, it is an expectation that End Citizens United will emerge victorious in the long run.
