James Dondero graduated with high honors in 1984, a Beta Gamma Sigma from the University of Virginia McIntire School Of Commerce with a B.S. in Commerce and with dual majors in Accounting and Finance. James Dondero started his career off as an analyst for the Morgan Guaranty Training Program in 1984. He also used to serve as America Express’s corporate bond analyst as well as their portfolio manager throughout the years from 1985-1989.
