Sheldon Lavin is currently Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the OSI Group. Sheldon has worked in the meat industry for 43 years. Sheldon Lavin started his career at the OSI Group as a specialist. In 1975 he became an accomplice to the organization and expanded its operations to Asia, South America and Europe. In the mid-1980s, Sheldon Lavin acquired a majority stake and took control of the OSI Group. Sheldon has also built the extraordinary culture of the OSI Group, where workers are treated as a worldwide family.
